Shruthi's professional journey as a Physiotherapist started 17 years ago. She gained valuable experience working across various Day Rehabilitation Centres (DRCs), nursing homes, and shelter homes. She later continued her career with Ang Mo Kio Community Hospital (AMKCH), where she found deep fulfilment in treating patients within the community hospital setting, which she believes lies at the very heart of rehabilitation.She also served as Head of Rehabilitative Services at All Saints Home, where she established its first independent Rehabilitation Department and led award-winning initiatives recognised by the TTSH CHALK and ILTC Innovation Awards. She then took a purposeful break to devote time to her family and to pursue her passion for serving the Lord. Outside of work, she enjoys painting, spending quality time with her family, including providing informal counselling to those in need, and activities that bring her both joy and a deep sense of purpose.
