What it is
Mobility Management for Seniors is targeted physiotherapy that helps older adults stay steady, strong, and independent. We assess strength, balance, flexibility, gait, and fall risk, then design a plan that fits daily life.

Who it helps
Seniors noticing slower walking, unsteadiness, recent falls, joint stiffness or pain, or difficulty with stairs and community distances.

How we treat

  • Gait and balance training (including dual-task and obstacle work)
  • Strength and power training to combat deconditioning/sarcopenia
  • Flexibility and joint mobility drills for common areas (hips, knees, ankles, spine)
  • Functional walking practice (curbs, uneven ground, stairs)
  • Assistive device optimisation (cane/walker fitting, technique)
  • Home programme and caregiver education (falls prevention, activity targets)

What to expect
A thorough 45–60 min assessment, clear goals, and a progressive plan (often 1–2 sessions/week initially) plus a bite-size home programme you can stick with.
