What it is
Evidence-based neuro physiotherapy to improve movement, balance, and independence after stroke. We focus on meaningful tasks—walking, reaching, transfers—using neuroplasticity principles.

Who it helps
People with weakness or stiffness on one side, reduced hand use, imbalance, fatigue, slower walking, or fear of falling after a recent or past stroke.

How we treat

  • Task-specific practice (standing, step, reach, grasp & release)
  • Gait retraining, balance and weight shift work, treadmill/over-ground with cues
  • Upper-limb rehab (repetition, constraint-induced concepts where suitable)
  • Spasticity management strategies and positioning
  • Aerobic conditioning to support recovery
  • Home programme with clear daily targets; caregiver training

What to expect
A detailed movement assessment, goal setting, then a progressive plan. Frequency varies (commonly 2–3/week early), with reviews to track milestones.
